Working out is very important for our mental and physical health. There are many benefits to working out every single day or working out 3-4 days a week. By working out, you’re helping your muscles gain strength and your body gain the energy to do everyday tasks. It can also help you gain more confidence in yourself. But most importantly it helps you improve your health!
Coming up with a workout routine can be hard sometimes, especially if you are not quite sure what muscles in your body you would like to work on. I recommend going on Pinterest or Google and researching the specific muscle you’d like to improve. This way you’ll be more informed.
Once you already know what you would like to focus on, start by writing down a detailed plan with how many sets/reps you'll do, what days you'll work out, what time, etc. From there, you can also incorporate other sorts of exercise like yoga, hot yoga, or dancing. Hot yoga sounds super relaxing, however, it can really surprise you and make you sweat very much.
There could be times where you can get too exhausted which is why I also recommend following workout videos on Youtube and going at your own pace. There are many videos to choose from. Plus the background music each video helps can really motivate you to continue to exercise.
Once you have established your routine, you are good to go. Keep in mind that your routine can always change. Whenever you feel like giving up, try new methods of exercise. You can do this!
